DAT app allows users to perform specific tasks related to their transfers such as:
* Help us find your location via Google Maps while in destination.
* Interact in real time with DAT through text via Whats-app.
* Customers can also change pickup times.
* Rate the transfer to help us improve the quality of our services.
Many situations occur at the airport that may delay your meeting with the driver or perhaps you wish to let DAT know that you’ve landed.
Below are some circumstances that you may experience and therefore choose to send a text message to DAT, so we know that you’re still inside customs or immigration and the reason for the delay.
